Anyone 16 and older with a valid event ticket marked for contest entry. Max 2 person per team; second member needs an add-on ticket.

Absolutly, filling out the registration form is very important and required to participate the date of. Please fill out before the event date of Nov 15th to avoid risking your entry.
Homemade or store-bought are welcome. Creativity, taste, and presentation are the focus. minimum 8-inch cake

Round 1 narrows to Top 5 by vote. Round 2 (taste & design) picks Top 2. Final vote selects first and second place the winners.
